在 App 内设置学习时长、休息时长及循环方式，然后开始计时。每个阶段结束后，按照 App 的提示进入下一阶段。

如何使用定时提醒？

在 App 内开启并设置所需的提醒。提醒能否送达还取决于 iOS 通知权限和系统设置。

如何恢复购买？

在 App 内使用“恢复购买”功能。购买资格和交易历史由 Apple StoreKit 处理；请确认设备使用了与原购买相同的 Apple Account。

7 天 Pro 免费体验如何工作？

用户主动获取后，可通过 Apple StoreKit 使用 7 天 Pro 体验。体验不自动续订，结束后不会自动扣款；体验到期后会恢复 Free 权限，除非你已经购买 Lifetime Pro。

永久解锁 Pro 是什么？

Lifetime Pro 是一次购买，可永久解锁对应的 Pro 功能，不是订阅。实际价格以 App Store / Apple 购买确认页面显示为准。

为什么通知或语音提醒没有出现？

请检查 iOS 通知权限、系统声音相关设置，以及 App 内相关提醒设置。提醒效果受 iOS 系统权限和系统限制影响，App 无法绕过这些权限或限制。

本地学习记录如何保存？

当前 StudyRhythm 1.0 的学习方案、历史记录和设置主要保存在设备本地。删除 App 前请留意本地数据可能丢失；当前版本不提供开发者云备份。

How do I start a timer?

Open the app, choose or set a duration, and tap Start. Use the controls shown in the app to pause or end a session.

How do I use a study and rest cycle?

Set your study duration, rest duration, and cycle options in the app, then start the timer. Follow the app’s prompt to move to the next phase when each interval ends.

How do I set a scheduled reminder?

Enable and configure the reminder you want in the app. Delivery also depends on your iOS notification permission and system settings.

How do I restore a purchase?

Use Restore Purchases in the app. Apple StoreKit handles purchase eligibility and transaction history. Make sure your device is signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

How does the 7-Day Pro Trial work?

After you choose to start it, the 7-day Pro trial is provided through Apple StoreKit. It does not automatically renew, and you will not be charged automatically when it ends. Pro access returns to Free when the trial expires unless you have purchased Lifetime Pro.

What is Lifetime Pro?

Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks the corresponding Pro features. It is not a subscription. The actual price is the one shown on the App Store / Apple purchase confirmation screen.

Why didn’t a notification or spoken reminder appear?

Check your iOS notification permission, system sound settings, and the related reminder settings in the app. Reminders are subject to iOS permissions and system limits; the app cannot bypass them.

How is my study history saved?

In the current StudyRhythm 1.0, study plans, history, and settings are stored primarily on your device. Local data may be lost if you delete the app, so take care before deleting it. The current version does not provide developer cloud backup.
