本隐私政策适用于 StudyRhythm（学伴计时）1.0。开发者为厦门乐途智慧科技有限公司（Xiamen Letu Zhihui Technology Co., Ltd.）。
数据收集
在当前版本中，用户的学习方案、学习历史、计时记录或 App 设置不会传输至开发者服务器供开发者收集或存储。当前版本不要求创建开发者账号。
当前版本不使用第三方广告、第三方分析 SDK 或跨 App／网站跟踪技术。因此，当前版本在 App Store 的隐私信息申报为 Data Not Collected（未收集数据）。保存在用户自己设备上的本地数据不属于开发者收集的数据。
本地数据
学习方案、学习历史、计时记录和设置等主要保存在设备本地。删除 App、清除设备数据或恢复设备等操作可能导致这些本地数据丢失；当前版本不保证能够恢复这些数据。
Apple 服务
StudyRhythm 使用 Apple 平台提供的系统服务，包括 App Store／StoreKit、系统通知、系统语音与声音，以及运行 App 所需的其他 Apple 平台能力。涉及 Apple 服务的数据处理受 Apple 相应服务条款和隐私政策约束。
App 内购买
StudyRhythm 的 App 内购买通过 Apple StoreKit 处理，支付和交易由 Apple 处理。开发者当前不自行收集用户的银行卡号、信用卡号或 Apple Account 密码等支付凭证。
广告和跟踪
在 StudyRhythm 1.0 中没有第三方广告或第三方广告 SDK，也不进行跨 App／网站 tracking（跟踪）。
儿童隐私
StudyRhythm 是通用学习效率工具，并非专门面向儿童设计的 Kids App。当前版本不要求创建开发者账号，也不由开发者收集用户个人数据。
隐私政策更新
随着功能变化，本政策可能更新。如果未来加入云同步、开发者账号、analytics（分析）或其他会改变隐私实践的功能，我们会相应更新本政策。重大政策更新时，页面上的生效日期也会更新。

Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to StudyRhythm (学伴计时) version 1.0. The developer is Xiamen Letu Zhihui Technology Co., Ltd. (厦门乐途智慧科技有限公司).
Data Collection
In the current version, your study plans, study history, timer records, and app settings are not transmitted to the developer’s servers for collection or storage by the developer. StudyRhythm 1.0 does not require you to create a developer account.
The current version does not use third-party advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, or technology that tracks you across apps or websites. For this reason, the App Store privacy disclosure for the current version is Data Not Collected. Information stored locally on your own device is not data collected by the developer.
Data Stored on Your Device
Study plans, study history, timer records, and settings are stored primarily on your device. Deleting the app, erasing device data, or restoring your device may cause this local data to be lost. Recovery is not guaranteed in the current version.
Apple Services
StudyRhythm uses services and capabilities provided by Apple, including the App Store and StoreKit, system notifications, system speech and sounds, and other Apple platform capabilities needed by the app. Any data handling related to Apple services is governed by Apple’s applicable service terms and privacy policy.
In-App Purchases
In-app purchases in StudyRhythm are processed through Apple StoreKit. Apple handles payment and transaction processing. The developer does not independently collect payment credentials such as your bank or credit card number or Apple Account password.
Advertising and Tracking
StudyRhythm 1.0 has no third-party advertising or third-party advertising SDKs, and it does not track users across apps or websites.
Children’s Privacy
StudyRhythm is a general-purpose study productivity tool and is not specifically designed as a Kids App. The current version does not require a developer account, and the developer does not collect users’ personal data.
Policy Updates
This policy may change as the app’s features evolve. If future versions add cloud sync, developer accounts, analytics, or other features that change our privacy practices, we will update this policy accordingly. The effective date shown on this page will also be updated for material policy changes.
